My favorite going-out outfit is… a black shirt, dark jeans, high-top sneakers, and a dark leather jacket. The only thing I might change after a night out is making my espresso a double. The best breakfast after a big night out is… big night out or not, I eat the same breakfast every day: one green juice, cut-up strawberries, raspberries, and pineapple, and eggs with wheat toast. For me, the later, the better, as it allows me to finish my work and not rush right out.

The perfect night out involves… starting with a late dinner. If you can get someone on the phone and are polite, there is always a better chance of getting a reservation. My insider tip on scoring a reservation or getting entry into an in-demand club or restaurant is… to call up, don’t go through an app or online. The best piece of career advice I’ve gotten is… that hospitality is a marathon, not a race, and make sure you choose your partners wisely. My work-life balance is my top priority these days.
